BUSYNESS AND A RECIPE~!!!!
What a tiring weeks... there are so many things to settle up even for this few new weeks in kolej....
well nevermind it is a parat of student life isn't ? Today i would like to share one recipe which I took from the popular cooking reality show in Malaysia ... Masterchef Malaysia ... it was called "Ommelete Potato in Basket" ... well here is the recipe and it was absolutely simple ~!!!!
INGREDIENTS :
POTATO (grater)
EGGS
SAUSAGES (dice)
few PRAWNS
SPRING ONIONS
SALTand PEPPER
HERBS (any)
Method.
1. First of all, you take out the starch from grated potatoes by washing and squeezing it again and again. let it dry for few minutes and cooked on pan until the color turn golden brown.
*You can sprinkle salt and pepper through this process.
2. For the ommelete mixture, you just mix the eggs with others ingredients as well.
3. The third process is so much interesting one. Take a non-stick muffin tray and put the cooked grated potatoes in the tray. Make it in a cup shape whereas there is a hole in the middle. Then , pour your ommelete mixture and the prawn will be on the top. Put it into oven for 15- 20 minutes.
